Manage all the users on your programme on one screen; add, edit, archive and /or delete users simply and efficiently.
Add a user

Click on ‘Settings’
and locate the ‘User management’
tab, then ‘Users’.

Click on the ‘Add new user’ button
to open the ‘Add new user’ dialog.
- Complete the form by manually entering the user’s details.
- Click on ‘Save’ to add the user to the user list.
Filter and search users

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon

Click on ‘User management’
.
- Click on ‘Users’.

Click on the funnel icon
.
- Click on ‘Add filter’ and make a selection from the list of available filters.
- Complete the filter dialog if applicable and click on ‘Apply’.
- The applied filters will be displayed in a row next to ‘Add filter’.
- To remove a filter, click the ‘X’ that appears on the filter name or click on ‘Clear filter’ to remove all filters.
Edit users

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon

Click on ‘User management’
.
- Click on ‘Users’.

Click the three dots at the extreme right of a user entry
- Select ‘Edit’.
- Make your changes and then click ‘Save’ to finalise your edits.
Invite users
-
Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
.

Click on ‘User management’
.
- Click on ‘Users’.

Click the three dots at the extreme right of a user entry
.
- Select ‘Invite’.
- The selected user will receive an email inviting them to the programme.
- Users can be invited individually or in bulk by clicking on the ‘Invite all’ button.
Archive users
-
Click on the ‘Settings’ icon

Click on ‘User management’
.
- Click on ‘Users’.
- Click the three dots at the extreme right of a user entry

- Select ‘Archive’.
- Confirm your actions by clicking ‘Yes, continue”.
NOTE: The user will automatically be removed from all tags that they are linked to.
Reactivate users

To reactivate an archived user, click on the ‘Settings’ icon
.

Click on ‘User management’
.
- Click on ‘Users’.
- Click the three dots at the extreme right of a user entry
- Click 'Reactivate'.
Delete users
NOTE: You can only delete ‘Archived’ users.

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
.

Click on ‘User management’
.
- Click on ‘Users’.

Click the three dots at the extreme right of a user entry
.
- Select ‘Delete’.
NOTE: Only users whose status is ‘Created’ can be invited. Status will change from ‘Created’ to ‘Invited’. Once the user has completed the steps in the invitation email, their status will change to ‘Active’. Archived users are labelled as ‘Archived’.
