Corporate points are purchased using real-world funds. The process usually takes between 3-5 business days to complete so be sure to purchase your corporate points timeously. Corporate points can be allocated to various programs with your campaign and it is possible to move points between budgets for tactical reasons.
Buy points

Locate the ‘Points management’
tab. Click on ‘Corporate points’ to open the ‘Points management’ screen.
- The ’Points management’ screen provides an overview of your points transactions.
- Click on ‘Purchase points’ to open the ‘Purchase points’ dialog.
- Enter the number of points you wish to purchase. The system will calculate the currency value of the points, the loading fee, plus any applicable tax. This points-purchase transaction total is what you will be billed for. Note: We do not charge VAT on the points, VAT is charged on the services administered for fulfilment. (15% of admin fees, known as "professional fees").
- Check the radio button next to your preferred payment method. (ONLY EFT)
- Verify your inputs in the ‘Points purchase summary’ and click ‘Confirm’ to execute the transaction.
An invoice will be emailed to you.
Allow five working days from payment for banks to process the order and to reflect under ‘Corporate points’.
Note: Only admins can access this part of the system. Once points have been loaded into your corporate account, you would need to allocate funds (points) to a budget.
Tax
All incentives are taxable by South African law and companies are liable to declare this accordingly. bountiXP is not responsible for program tax payments, however, should a client wish to discuss administrative assistance, please contact bountiXP accordingly.
Refund points
Once a request is submitted, the corporate balance is frozen. Client banking details are required in order to process the refund. This needs to be handled in the initiation phase, if not it may be requested by sales or client personnel.

Click on ‘Points management’

- The ’Points management’ screen provides an overview of your points totals and transactions.

To refund corporate points, click on the ‘Refund points’ icon
.
- The total available corporate points will be displayed.
- Enter the required refund in the field provided. Whole numbers only.
- Click ‘Refund’ to initiate the process. Refunds can take between 5 – 10 working days to process.
