Some browsers save information from websites in their cache or as cookies. By clearing these, it fixes certain issues like loading or formatting on websites.
Firstly, ensure your browser is the latest version, if not we strongly recommend you update for the best user experience on our platform.
Clearing your browser cache for Chrome:
- Open your Chrome browser.
- Click the menu icon
top right.
- Select "More tools" > "Clear browsing data...".
- Select "Time range" i.e. how far back you want to clear your cache.
- Ensure you check "Cached image and files".
- Click "Clear data".
- All done!
Clearing your browser cache for Microsoft Edge :
- Open Edge browser.
- Click the menu icon
top right.
- Go to "History" > select "Clear browsing data".
- Ensure you check "Cached image and files".
- Click "Clear now".
- All done!
Clearing your browser for Internet Explorer 10+:
*Note: We recommend upgrading to Microsoft Edge browser.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select the settings cog
in the top right of the browser > Internet options.
- Under "Browsing history", select "Delete".
- Ensure you check the data you wish to clear and click "Delete".
- All done!
Clearing your browser for Firefox:
- Open Firefox.
- Select the menu icon
at the top right of the screen.
- Select Options.
- In the menu list on the left, select "Privacy & Security".
- Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data" and select "Clear Data".
- All done!
