Team insights - manager reports

Team Insights give you an immediate overview of the activity of your team members. Here you will find details about the budgets linked to the team, the total recognitions sent and received, the total points earned and spent, and any special events (e.g., birthdays and work anniversaries) pertaining to the team.

Navigate to Team Insights

As a manager who has direct reports, you will have access to Team Insights:

1. Open the navigation menu .
2. Click 'Team Insights' on the menu list.

Budgets window

The Budgets window displays the total number of budgets linked to the team manager, the total number of points available, and the total number of points spent across all budgets linked to the manager.

1. Click ‘View details’ to get more information about budgets.
2. This will display all the budgets linked to the team, listing them by name and displaying the total points spent and the total points remaining on each budget.
3. Click on an individual budget to view.

Recognitions window

The recognitions window shows the total number of recognitions sent or received over a standard week, Monday to Friday.

1. Click on ‘Sent’ to see the total number of recognitions sent in one week.
2. Click on ‘Received’ to see the total number of recognitions received in one week.

Points window

The points window displays the daily points earned or spent over a standard week, Monday to Friday. It also displays the total number of points earned in that week.

1. Click on ‘Spent’ to see the total number of points spent over a period of one week.
2. Click on ‘Earned’ to see the total number of points earned over a period of one week.

Special events window

Any upcoming special events, for example, birthdays or work anniversaries relating to your team will be displayed here.

1. Click ‘View details’ for more information about upcoming special events.
2. Special events appear as tabs in the Special events window. 
3. Select the appropriate special event to see which team users have a special event today or coming up.
4. You can send team users a recognition for their special event by clicking on the ‘Send recognition’ icon .

Team member(s) window

The Team member(s) window can be set to show either newsfeed activity (sending and receiving recognitions) or points activity (earning or spending).

NOTE: You can send a recognition to a user from either the newsfeed activity or the points activity window by clicking on the ‘Send recognition’ icon .

Newsfeed activity

The newsfeed activity report displays when the team member was last active, when last they sent a recognition, when last they received a recognition, when last they were recognized by a manager, and the team member’s activity score for the past week.

1. To view newsfeed activity, click the ‘Activity’ tab.
2. You can increase the number of displayed rows by clicking on the ‘Rows per page’ caret.
3. You can click on the forward and back arrow icons to scroll through pages of your team user results.

Filtering the team user list

• You can filter the team user newsfeed activity list by clicking on the filter icon .

Download the team user newsfeed activity

• You can download the team user newsfeed activity report by clicking on the download icon .

Points activity

The points activity displays how many points a team member has earned, how many they have spent, how many boost points they have received and their current points balance.

1. To view team user points activity, click the ‘Points’ tab.
2. You can increase the number of displayed rows by clicking on the ‘Rows per page’ caret.
3. You can click on the forward and back arrow icons to scroll through pages of your team user results.

Filtering the team user list

• You can filter the team user points activity list by clicking on the filter icon .

Download the team user points activity report

• You can download the team user points activity report by clicking on the download icon .
