Like & comment

Each message (recognition) in your newsfeed has the option to ‘Like’ or ‘Comment’ on the message. The ‘Like’ icon and ’Comment' icon are found at the bottom of the message in your newsfeed. Liking and commenting are part of your daily goals.

Like

1. To like, click the ‘Like’ icon . 
2. To remove the like, click the ‘Like’ button again.
3. If the icon is greyed out, the message has not been liked. 

Comment 

1. To comment, click on the 'Comment' icon and start typing in the comment field provided.  
2. Previous comments from other users will appear beneath your comment. 
3. If you wish to read other comments, you must first click the comment icon but you are not required to leave a comment yourself. 
4. If you do not wish to leave a comment, click the ‘X’ at the top right of the ‘Add a comment’ dialog to close the window. 

 

Edit or delete a comment 

A user who added a comment on the newsfeed is able to edit / delete that comment. 

1. To edit / delete your comment, click the three dots on the right-hand side of the comment. 
2. Then click ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’.  

Not able to like or comment? 

Refresh your browser by hitting ‘F5’ on your keyboard or clicking the refresh icon in your browser. You may be prompted to log in again if your session has timed out.
