View a user's profile

You can access another user ‘s profile, and send them a recognition, from the programme newsfeed.

1. Click on the user’s profile picture or name to open their ‘Profile summary’. 
2. The profile summary will display the user’s profile picture or avatar, their role within the organisation, and their email address.
3. The profile summary will also display the first two lines of the user’s biography (if they have supplied one).
4. To send a recognition to the user, click the ‘Send recognition’ button.
5. To view the user’s full profile, click the ‘View profile’ button.
6. To close the profile summary, click on the ‘X’ in the top-right of the profile summary window.
