Your wallet

The wallet tab displays all the information pertinent to your points spending and earning. You can also access the online shop by clicking on the banner.

You can access your 'Wallet' page by clicking ‘Your balance’ block with your available balance and 'wallet' icon on the Newsfeed or the ‘Your account’ item  in the navigation menu, and then click the 'Wallet' tab at the top-right of the page.

 

Your points

This window displays:

• The total amount of points you have earned (this is not your balance).
• The total amount of points you have spent (this is not your balance).
• The balance of points remaining to be spent (this is your balance).
• Click ‘Shop online now’ by clicking the button in the ‘Your points’ window.

Transaction history

Your points transactions are displayed in the ‘Transaction history’ window. Here you can see all the points that you have earned and all the points you have spent thus far as a currency value (actual points values are not displayed).

• You will be able to see where you spent your points (Transaction name)
• The date on which you transacted (Date)
• The currency equivalent of the transaction (Amount)
• Your remaining balance (Balance)
• You can scroll through the entries and choose how many rows of information to display on each page.
• The total number of transactions is also displayed.

 

The online store banner displays information about the online store, and announces exclusive offers, new products, and so on. Use your points to make purchases in the online store. See where to find the online store.

1. Click on the online store banner to go to the online store.
2. In the 'Your points' window, click 'Shop online now'.

Rewards card

This is a physical card that enables in-store purchases at all Mastercard® accredited SA retailers. Your rewards card will be issued to you by your program administrator.

Virtual card

Your virtual card details are displayed in this window. Use your virtual card to make online purchases at any online retailer in South Africa that is accredited by Mastercard®. You must first create and activate your virtual card.
