Reports

Access the reporting function of the platform by clicking on the ‘Reports’ tab in ‘Settings’ .

The following dashboards gives you an immediate ‘at a glance’ overview of your campaign.

 

Recognition dashboard

The ‘Most used reference’ word cloud

This handy tool acts like a barometer, allowing you to gauge the mood of your participants by analysing the most common and popular words occurring in recognitions. Underneath the word cloud you will see the total likes, comments, and boosts across all programmes in your campaign.

Other displays

The dashboard also displays:

• details about reward and non-reward-based recognitions,
• your created programmes,
• And a summary of your corporate points spending and availability

 

Users dashboard

User reports give you an overview of all the participants in the various programmes of your campaign. Click ‘Users’ in the ‘Reports’ tab to access the user report.

• The user report can be downloaded by clicking ‘Download report’.

The user report displays:

• The total invites sent to usersto join programmes,
• The total number of users that have accepted these invitations (Registrations)
• Unique logins from the last six weeks,
• Users currently not logged in,
• failed logins and forgotten passwords,
• A complete list of all users, across all programmes.

The layout and elements of the user report can be customised in the ‘Report Builder’

Programme users

The Programme users window displays all users.

Searching the Programme users list

1. Click the ‘Search’ icon .
2. Enter your search criteria. If the list cannot be searched by those criteria, you will receive an error message and be asked to try again.

Filtering the Programme users list

1. Click the ‘Filter’ icon .
2. Select your filter/s from the dropdown menu

 

Programmes dashboard

The layout and elements of the Programmes report can be customised in the ‘Report Builder’

Programme reports provide an insight into how your programmes and programme types, within your campaign, are performing. Currently, programme reports give you a quick overview of recognitions and social activity.

Searching the Programmes list

1. Click the ‘Search’ icon .
2. Enter your search criteria. If the list cannot be searched by those criteria, you will receive an error message and be asked to try again.

Filtering the Programmes list

1. Click the ‘Filter’ icon .
2. Select your filter/s from the dropdown menu.

Downloading the programme report

1. The Programmes report can be downloaded by clicking the download icon .

 

Points accounts dashboard

The Points accounts window displays details about all your corporate points accounts.

The layout and elements of the Points account report can be customised in the ‘Report Builder’

Points accounts

Details about user points, indicating total points awarded, total points spent, and total points remaining. 

Searching the Points accounts list

1. Click the ‘Search’ icon .
2. Enter your search criteria. If the list cannot be searched by those criteria, you will receive an error message and be asked to try again.

1. Click the ‘Filter’ icon .
2. Select your filter/s from the dropdown menu.

Budgets

Budgets display details about all your budgets.

Searching the Budgets list

1. Click the ‘Search’ icon .
2. Enter your search criteria. If the list cannot be searched by those criteria, you will receive an error message and be asked to try again.

2. Select your filter/s from the dropdown menu
