Access Online shopping

You can navigate to the online shopping portal by clicking on the 'Your balance' block to access your 'Wallet' page from the newsfeed page or via the ‘Your account’ page.

Via homepage/newsfeed balance block:

1. On the home page/newsfeed, locate the ‘Your balance’ block to access your 'Wallet'. Your current points balance is displayed here. You may only spend available balance.
2. Click the Online store banner or click "Shop online now" button.

Via the ‘Your account’ > 'Wallet':

1. Click on the menu icon .
2. Click on ‘Your account’.
3. Then click the 'Wallet; tab at the top-right of the page.
4. There are two ways to access the online shopping store: 
5. Click on the main online shopping banner that leads the ‘Wallet’ page.
6. Click on the 'Shop online now' button in the ‘Your balance’ window. Your current points balance is displayed here along with the total amount of points you have earned and spent. You may only spend current balance.

NOTE: Shopping session will expire after five minutes of inactivity.

Using the online store

Spend your hard-earned reward points in the online store. The online store has been set up to be familiar to you and has all the features of a typical online store, plus a few more!

NOTE: You must be signed into your program to get the full functionality of the online store. Sessions will time out after five minutes of inactivity.

 

The store homepage

You can return to the store homepage from anywhere in the store by clicking the shop (shopping bag) icon.

 

DreamTracker (Wishlist)

You can add items you desire to your DreamTracker list. This is similar to a Wishlist with the added extra that the shop tells you how many points you still need to earn to afford this reward.

You will receive a notification when you have enough points to purchase a reward in your dream tracker list.

1. Click on the DreamTracker icon.
2. This will display all the items/rewards currently in your DreamTracker. You also have the option to remove items by clicking ‘Remove’ next to the appropriate item, or you may add items by clicking on ‘Click Here to explore more’.
3. Find an item by browsing the categories and subcategories.
4. When you have found an item, click it. You can either ‘Add to cart’ and immediately purchase with points, or you can ’Add to DreamTracker’.
5. Be sure to enter how many units of that particular reward you wish to either purchase or add to DreamTracker.
6. You can also remove an item from your DreamTracker by finding the item in the store. If the item has already been added to the DreamTracker, you will have the option to ‘Remove from DreamTracker’.

Your shopping cart

Much like all the other online shopping portals, your shopping cart contains all the items you intend to purchase. Items will be saved in your cart until you have decided to ‘check out’ and make a purchase.

1. Find a reward you wish to purchase.
2. Choose the quantity (how many units) you wish to purchase by either clicking the plus and minus buttons or by entering a quantity directly into the quantity field.
3. Click on the ‘Add to cart’ button.
4. A pop-up window will display the total points for this line item and give you the opportunity to view your cart or check out (‘View cart/checkout button’), or to ‘Continue Shopping’.
5. If you have selected ‘View cart / Check out’ a summary screen will be displayed.
6. You may adjust the amount of item units by adjusting the quantity of each item.
7. Click ‘Continue’ to check out your items.
8. Click ‘Empty cart’ to reset and clear your shopping cart.
9. If you have enough points to make a purchase, you will be taken to the ‘Delivery’ screen.
10. You will then be prompted to enter required details before you can complete the order.
11. Once order is placed successfully, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.

NOTE: You must have sufficient points to make a purchase.

 

Search for a reward item

1. Type the name of the item you are searching for in the search field.
2. To search in specific categories, choose a category from the dropdown menu. If you do not choose a category, all categories will be searched.
3. The store will display all items that contain words from your search criteria.
4. You can filter your search results by points value. Enter a minimum points value and a maximum points value and click the filter button .
5. Click on an item to add it to your cart or DreamTracker.
