Boost recognition

Boost a recognition

Manager/budget holders can boost a nomination on the timeline. This means that if a recognition has been sent to a user, a budget holder/manager may ‘boost’ the recognition and allocate additional points from their own budget. 

1. Click the ‘Boost’ button a newsfeed post. 
2. Select a ‘budget’ from the dropdown menu. 
3. Select a ‘Reward amount’ from the dropdown menu. Reward increments are determined by how the budget is set up. (See, Creating a budget). 
4. Review the boost summary (number of recipients, total payout and available budget) and click ‘Add boost’ to boost the recognition(s). 
5. Users getting the boost will receive an email and in-app notification (bell icon ).
