Access your profile

‘Your profile’ tab gives you detailed information about you profile. 

You can access your profile page by clicking the ‘profile’ block on the top-left of the Newsfeed or the ‘Your account’ item  in the navigation menu.

In the ‘Your profile’ window you can upload a profile picture. You can also add or edit your bio here.

1. To update your profile picture, click on the camera icon .
2. To update your password, click on ‘Update password’ to start the password reset process.

About

The about window displays your biography.

1. You can update your biography in the ‘About’ window by clicking ‘Edit bio’.

Details

The details window displays your name and contact email address, your user ID, your role in the organization, and who your recognition manager is.

1. You can change your password in the ‘Details’ window by clicking on ‘Change password’.

Goals

Your daily goals and their status are displayed in the ‘Your goals’ window. As you complete a daily goal it will be ticked off a list. The progress bar shows how close you are to completing your daily goals.

Tags

All your associated tags will be displayed here.

Awards

Your most recent awards will be displayed here (if applicable).

Recent visitors

This window shows you who has visited your profile and what their role within the company is.

1. Click on a username to bring up a ‘Profile summary’.
2. This will display their profile picture and biography.
3. You can ‘Send a recognition’ or ‘View profile’ of the user by clicking the relevant button.
4. Press ‘X’ to dismiss the profile summary.
